Deputy Director Andrea Jastrzebski-Meador was born and raised in Santa Clarita, California.

She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. Andrea obtained her AA in junior college with an emphasis in Communication Studies and Criminal Justice. 

Mrs. Jastrzebski-Meador is currently employed with the San Diego Police Department in the Records Division. She is assigned to the Cal-ID Section.

Prior to joining the SDPD, Andrea served as an Emergency Medical Technician in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.

During her non-working hours, Andrea spends her free time researching/reading about history—particularly World War II---as well as hanging out with her cats.

Mrs. Jastrzebski-Meador is married to a career United States Naval Parachute Rigger.
