Clinton Hiram Fullen, 77, of San Diego, California, died Monday, August 20, 2012, at Scripps Memorial Hospital in San Diego of natural causes.
Mr. Fullen was born January 18, 1935, in Denver, CO, and was only child of Hiram Fullen and Ethel Louise Mann Fullen.
He had a long career in Law Enforcement in both Colorado and in San Diego.
He enjoyed music, playing his clarinet and saxophone, and as his health declined, following his granddaughters on Facebook.
He never met a stranger.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Shirley (Wright) Fullen, and three children, Cris (Chris) Schoenbauer, Eliza Jane (Mark) Herms, and Clinton "Ram" Hiram Fullen II (Laura Garland). He has six granddaughters: Rachel and Megan Schoenbauer, Mallory and Halsey Herms, and Brittany and Randi Fullen. There were no services. He was be interred in Colorado.
