1928 to 2005 We knew him as a respected and active member of the Allied Gardens Community.

Our Dad was retired from the San Diego Police Force where he served as Police Lieutenant and Department Detective.

He was a long time member of the local Kiwanis Club, and voted "Father of the Year." He was also instrumental in the start-up of Pop Warner Football and Little League Baseball in this area.

He is survived by his first wife of 23 years and will be remembered by his five children, Mike, Denise, Bitsy, Scott and Susie, for the father he once was.

He is also survived by his second wife and her children.
