Retired Sergeant Frank Ashcraft, age 79, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2000.  He was hired on June 1, 1945, and retired on January 2, 1975. 

Frank Ashcraft is survived by his daughter Sandra LaFlair, sister Patricia Connery, and grandsons Brandon, Scott, and Steven.

Services were held on Thursday, January 27, 2000, at 1100 hours, at the First United Methodist Church, 2111 Camino Del Rio South, San Diego, California.
