Gerald "Jerry" Berner was born on March 12, 1944 and died February 22, 2021 of a sudden heart attack. 

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Johnnie, his daughter Wendy Perez of Temecula and daughter Heather Berner of Jamul. 

Per Jerry and the family's wishes, there will be no services.
