Jack leaves his widow, Mildred of San Diego, son Jack Jr. and wife Gail of Tracy, Calif., son Jerry of Walnut Creek, Calif., and granddaughter Valerie of Grand Rapids, Mich.

Memorial service Monday, April 28, 2003 1:30 p.m. Greenwood Lily Lake Lawn Gazebo.
