James, or Jim as he liked to be called was a loving father and devoted public servant. Whether working as a Police Officer for the City of San Diego, or working for the U.S. Government or for the District Attorney's office, he always wanted to help people. He dedicated his life to it. His drive was never ending, working up until the last two weeks of his life. He touched a lot of people's hearts and will be missed by many. He will not be forgotten.
He is survived by his companion Toni, his sister Kathi, his children Kathy, Sean and her husband John, Kevin and his wife Leona, his grandchildren Kristen, Nick , Chris, Suzanne and Sabrina.
