John Francis Beale, 77, of Terre Haute, passed away on November 26, 2021. John was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, on July 25, 1944 to John Beale and Lydia Caicamo Beale.

He was a retired police officer in San Diego, CA. He was a veteran of the US Marines serving in Vietnam as a recon specialist. He was proud to be a Marine.

He loved to scuba dive and animals, especially dogs. He also enjoyed spending time

as a volunteer at C.A.S.A.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Catherine Elizabeth Sutton; and a sister, Louise. He is survived by his wife, Janet Hoff; and a niece, Kylie Lowe.

No services are planned; cremation is scheduled.
