KRAK -- Richard Eugene, 57, passed away Sept. 24, 1995 at Grossmont Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Faye Skrak, parents Peter Skrak & Evelyn Kobielus, children Kim Higgins, Kris Tracey, and Karen Skrak, step-children Michelle and Sheldon Woods, brother Tom Kobielus, granddaughter Cheyenne Tracey.
