Graduated from San Diego High School.

US Navy Submarine duty during WWII and Korean conflict. Retired from the San Diego Police Dept. after 25 yrs.

Survived by his wife Shirley, 3 sons Eric, Dennis and Mark, 1 step-son Ross Patterson, 7 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. No services planned.
