Retired Police Officer Stanley Steward passed away on August 2, 2013.  He was hired February 2, 1990 and retired on March 16, 1996. 

He is survived by his wife Ann and two children, Elyse and Stanley III.

The memorial service celebrating his life was held at 1000 hours, on September 21, 2013, at City View Church, located at 8404 Phyllis Place, San Diego, CA  92123.

Officer Steward acted as a liaison between our Department and San Diego Teen Challenge, an organization dedicated to troubled youths/
