Tenny Otto "Jake" Poulson, 64, a longtime county realtor and past president of the La Mesa Realty Board, died Wednesday in his Rancho Bernardo residence.
A native of Arizona, he had lived here for 55 years.
He had his own real estate brokerage firm.
Mr. Poulson served with the U.S. Navy in World War II. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Surviving are his wife, Eva; a son, Tenny O. Poulson Jr. of La Mesa, a daughter, Karen Diane Wiley, in Idaho; his father Maroni O. Poulson of Utah; eight grandchildren, and a great grandchild.
