Wes was born to Evelyn and Wes Breedlove in National City. 

He graduated from Chula Vista HS in 1965. 

He served our country in Vietnam and was a retired police officer with San Diego PD. 

He is survived by his wife Jennifer, two daughters, six grandchildren, one great grandchild and a sister.
