Warren Kenneth Hubbard, 76, of San Diego died Saturday. He was born in Lima, Okla., and was a special events traffic supervisor for the city of San Diego.

Survivors include his wife, Mary H. Hubbard; daughters, Terrie L. Hubbard of Spring Valley and Helena A. Hubbard of San Diego; and son, Michael W. Hubbard of San Diego.
