Unless otherwise specified, all tables measure 8 feet long and are priced at $25 each.

Reservations are first come, first served. 

Reservations are transferable between parties however reservations are non-refundable 30 days or less from the event. 

Table location trades may be made between vendors if mutually agreed on by both parties. In the event of a trade, vendors agree to notify show staff. 

All applicable laws apply to show vendors. 

No firearms, ammunition or other weapons may be sold on site. 

Setup may be done up to an hour prior to the event.

Vendors must vacate the exhibit hall by 3 p.m.
